Description
This game is very similar to Monopoly. Players go around the board and buy cities, with infantry, subs, generals etc (rather than money). Once they have a set of any 2 cities in a county they can then build forts, which enables the fort owner to receive military units from other players who land on that city. - BoardGameGeek
